JOHNSON JR.

CEO

Leif has been the CEO of OAHC since 2013. He serves on the board of Peoples Oakland, a Pittsburgh-based non-profit that provides supportive services to individuals with mental health challenges, and the Princeton Alumni Association of Western Pennsylvania. Leif is a cum laude graduate of Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson of Public and International Affairs. Leif enjoys playing tennis and going on nature walks.

JOHNSON

OFFICE & AGENCY DIRECTOR

Jenelle, the Office and Agency Services Director of OAHC, is a graduate of Penn State University, where she double-majored in International Business and Operations Management. In her role, Jenelle oversees OAHC’s internal operations and sets strategic priorities for the company. She enjoys cooking at home and traveling.

JOHNSON

COMPANY INITIATIVE DIRECTOR

Monai guides, researches, and executres initiative pertinent to OAHC. With an operations-focused MBA, Six Sigma, Delta Assiciates Business Insights, and project mnagement certifications, she has extensive experience executing large and small-scale enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple departments. Monai enjoys stand-up paddleboarding and reading.

DURHAM

RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES DIRECTOR

Kim is the Residential Facilities Director for OAHC. Starting with OAHC in February 2021, she has over 35 years of experience working with ontellecutally and developmentally disabled individuals. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California. She enjoys cooking, gardening, and reading.

PERSONNEL & GENERAL SERVICES DIRECTOR

John holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Robert Morris University. As OAHC’s Personnel and General Services Director, John is responsible for recruiting qualified caregivers and supervising them throughout their employment. John enjoys dirt bike riding and going to concerts.

DOCUMENTATION & OFFICE MANAGER

Erika is the Documentation & office manager for OAHC. With an Assicate of Science Degree in Business Management, Erika has worked for family-owned and operated companies for most of her professional career, with proven success in each department. She enjoys cheering on her son at sporting events, spending time with her family, and anything and everything outdoors!

KRISTEN

YOUNG

PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Kristen received her Bachelor’s Degree from Clarion University. As OAHC’s Program Specialist, Kristen manages each individual’s plan of care and collaborates with each client’s team to ensure that all needs are being met. Kristen is an active volunteer in her community. Outside of work, she spends time playing with her dogs and cheering her family on in multiple sporting events.
