CEO

Leif has been the CEO of OAHC since 2013. He serves on the board of Peoples Oakland, a Pittsburgh-based non-profit that provides supportive services to individuals with mental health challenges, and the Princeton Alumni Association of Western Pennsylvania. Leif is a cum laude graduate of Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs. Leif enjoys playing tennis and going on nature walks.

Johnson

Office & Agency Services Director

Jennelle, the Office and Agency Services Director of OAHC, is a graduate of Penn State University, where she double-majored in International Business and Operations Management. In her role, Jennelle oversees OAHC’s internal operations and sets strategic priorities for the company. She enjoys cooking at home and traveling.

Monai
Goldstein

Director of Strategic Planning

Monai guides, researches, and executes initiatives pertinent to OAHC. With an operations-focused MBA, Monai also has Six Sigma, Delta Associates Business Insights, and project management certifications. She has extensive experience executing large and small-scale enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple departments. Monai enjoys meditating, gardening, cooking, and reading.

Durham

Residential Facilities Director

Kim is the Residential Facilities Director for OAHC. She has over 35 years of experience working with Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled Individuals. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California. She enjoys cooking, gardening, and reading.

John
Shingle

Personnel & General Services Director

John holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Robert Morris University. As OAHC’s Personnel and General Services Director, John is responsible for recruiting qualified employees, supervising them throughout their employment, and ensuring that OAHC’s personnel are meeting required compliance standards. John enjoys dirt bike riding and going to concerts.

Kristen
Young

Program Specialist

Kristen received her Bachelor’s degree from Clarion University. As OAHC’s Program Specialist, Kristen manages each individual’s plan of care and collaborates with each client’s team to ensure that all needs are being met. Kristen is an active volunteer in her community. Outside of work, she spends time playing with her dogs and cheering her family on in multiple sporting events.
